“Why are there socks absolutely everywhere?” Asked a very confused father staring at two very giggly parties in his bedroom.
“Nooooothing,” said the smiling toddler looking up at his mother.
“Go show daddy what we’ve learned today,” said the mother.
The toddler, surprisingly listening to instructions, grabbed a pair of socks and walked around the bed to in an awkward waddle.
“What has mommy taught you, buddy?” The father asked, kneeling down to be eye to eye.
With a blur of motion, the pair of socks, once clinched in the toddler’s fist, bounced off the father’s face.
“It socks be you, dad,” the toddler said before retreating to his laughing mother.
The father rose from kneeling. “I have never been so proud.”
