Archie’s Idea

“A window bottomed floor!” Archie said, starting his pitch.  “I tell you, let’s put transparent glass right there below your feet and you can all the way down.  It’ll revolutionize, it’ll post-modernize, it’ll realize your goal of being the place to be and see.”

The clients looked unimpressed.  “There are only a few places doing this sort of thing.  The Grand Canyon, the Gorge d’Ore, that one valley in Idaho; people want to see what lies beneath.”

Annette, Archie read her name tag, cleared her throat and expressed the objection everyone else in the room wanted to voice.  “Archie, this is a dentist office.  We just need a partition installed.”

“Oh,” Archie said, “have you considered a window based partition?”
